[Chatbot] - Drop custom styles from ChatbotConversationHistoryNav #933

Describe the feature
We want to make it easier to handle Felt changes by dropping more custom styles from ChatBot. ChatbotConversationHistoryNav has many custom colors and font sizes in packages/module/src/ChatbotConversationHistoryNav/ChatbotConversationHistoryNav.scss.
We want to preserve the overrides on the menu background color and the spacing in the header.
Check with Kayla and/or Andrew for feedback.
