[Chatbot] - Remove custom styles from FileDropZone #931

Describe the feature

We want to make it easier to handle Felt changes by dropping more custom styles from ChatBot. FileDropZone has some custom colors, etc. on packages/module/src/FileDropZone/FileDropZone.scss.

We want to maintain the tighter spacing between the header, subheading and icon, as well as the padding around the border.

Check to see if Zoom styles are accurate and/or still necessary.

Tag Andrew and/or Kayla to confirm changes once work is complete.
