[Chatbot] - Remove custom styles from jump links #928

Describe the feature
We want to make it easier to handle Felt changes by dropping more custom styles from ChatBot. Per @kaylachumley and @andrew-ronaldson, we want to drop some custom styles from the jump links in packages/module/src/MessageBox/JumpButton.scss.
