- SCP-2835 is a VHS tape containing a never-before-seen episode of an old cartoon called "The Adventures of Paddy the Pelican," which is much longer than usual. When someone watches it, the cartoon character, Paddy, becomes extremely paranoid and demanding, constantly asking the viewer for positive feedback. If the viewer gives negative or unenthusiastic responses, Paddy becomes enraged, hostile, and even threatens the viewer by revealing personal information about them and their family. Because of these dangerous reactions, watching the tape is now strictly forbidden.

- Charles the Bald was a Carolingian emperor who reigned as King of West Francia from 843 to 877, King of Italy, and Emperor of the Carolingian Empire from 875 to 877. He was a grandson of Charlemagne and the youngest son of Louis the Pious. His reign was marked by civil wars against his brothers, notably Lothair I and Louis the German, which led to the division of the Carolingian Empire by the Treaty of Verdun in 843, granting him the western third, largely corresponding to modern France. Charles also faced numerous challenges, including rebellions in Aquitaine and Brittany, and persistent Viking incursions, which he tried to counter through military reforms and fortified defenses.
