This includes a change to swap ring for aws-lc-rs in Crucible as part of removing ring from Omicron. The goal is to avoid the painful rebuild times while running
cargo xtask relengdue to ring's extreme caution around environment variables impacting how it builds its non-Rust code. This has supposedly been fixed upstream but there hasn't been a new release in 15 months. In making this change in Crucible we also need to get rid of the ring feature in rustls, otherwise Nexus doesn't start.Also pulls in:
