Import expenses to a group from CSV.

For my monthly house shared expenses, I export a CSV table of expenses from my accounting software. I would like to import these into a split-pro group. Sometimes there are 20+ expenses. Hand entry is tedious and error prone. I implemented a services that does this for Splitwise but they are moving their API behind the pro subscription, which is how I ended up here.

Describe the solution you'd like

Import to a group because it is clear who the expenses are being split with.

In the group view, add a "import expenses" option. This brings up a page where the CSV file can be identified. Fields are mapped. One can indicate if the CSV uses negative or positive values to indicate expenses.
On import, all expenses are recorded as split equally by group members. All expenses are in the "general" category. One must later hand edit and expenses, such as changing the category and the split ratio.

I have this mostly implemented, as it is a required feature for me. I'm still testing it myself.

After some discussion, and with any changes that come from that, I can create a pull request.

Interactive CSV imports like these sound cool and all, but it's unfortunately not something I intend to maintain, because it is quite difficult to get right for all the use cases people might have. I know I have been mostly absent in discussions, but I am leaning more and more into relying on building the API first and then potentially building on top of that, with a formalized OpenAPI JSON contract and downstream tooling for automating transfers from other services.

I appreaciate your effort, the PR seems like a clean addon, so if you really need it, it should be straightforward to maintain your own fork with it.
