Todo 옵션 시트가 다른 화면과 다른 탑바 구조와 카드 스타일을 사용하는 문제 해소

📝 작업 내용

📌 요약

• 옵션 시트 탑바를 다른 화면과 같은 구조(왼쪽 버튼, 가운데 제목)로 변경
• 카드 테두리 제거와 여백 통일
• 옵션 시트를 처음부터 전체 높이로 표시

🔍 상세

• TodoPropertiesView의 탑바를 InfoSheetView와 같은 safeAreaInset(edge: .top) 구조로 변경하고 닫기 버튼을 왼쪽으로 이동
• iOS 26 이상 닫기 버튼의 틴트 제거
• iPad·Mac 인스펙터 상태에서는 기존처럼 오른쪽에 EditorToolbarActions 유지
• 카드와 태그 입력 필드의 2pt 테두리 제거, 카드 배경을 Color.surface와 radius 16으로 통일, 바깥·안쪽 여백 16으로 조정
• 드래그 핸들 표시
• 카테고리 행의 누락된 라벨 추가
• 마감일 행 텍스트가 Button 틴트로 청록색이 되던 문제를 Color.primary와 Color.textSecondary 지정으로 수정
• TodoEditorView의 인스펙터 내용에 presentationDetents([.large])를 적용해 compact 화면에서 시트가 중간 높이로 멈추던 동작 제거
