🎯 의도

Todo 세부 정보 시트의 카테고리, 완료, 중요 표시, 마감일, 태그를 기존 시트 동작 변경 없이 Todo 목록 화면과 같은 카드 중심 구조와 DevLog 색상 기준으로 정리하고, 긴 태그와 빈 값에서도 정보가 겹치지 않도록 구성

• 세부 정보 시트를 List에서 카드 중심 구조로 개편
• 다른 시트와 같은 커스텀 탑바 적용
• 태그를 별도 섹션 카드로 분리
• 긴 태그가 사용 가능한 폭을 넘으면 말줄임 처리
• 사용하지 않는 TodoInfoSheetView 제거

🔍 상세

• InfoSheetView의 NavigationStack과 List를 ScrollView로 교체하고 배경을 Color.appBackground로 구성
• 카테고리, 완료, 중요 표시, 마감일 행을 Color.surface와 반경 16의 카드 하나로 묶고 Divider로 구분, 좌우 여백 16 적용
• 각 행은 28pt 아이콘, .headline 라벨, 오른쪽 값으로 구성하고 optionRow로 공통화
• 완료는 Color.accent와 Color.textTertiary, 중요 표시는 Color.orange와 Color.textTertiary로 상태 표시
• 마감일이 없으면 todo_none, 태그가 없으면 todo_no_tags를 Color.textSecondary로 표시
• 태그는 todo_tags 제목과 별도 Color.surface 카드로 분리하고 두 섹션 간격 24 적용
• ToolbarLeadingButton 기반 .toolbar를 제거하고 safeAreaInset(.top)의 topBar로 교체, 가운데 todo_details 제목과 왼쪽 닫기 버튼 배치
• 닫기 버튼은 iOS 26에서 xmark, iOS 18에서 common_close 텍스트로 구성하고 topBarButtonStyle 적용
• .presentationDragIndicator(.visible) 추가
• Tag의 .fixedSize()를 제거하고 TagLayout이 각 태그를 fittedSize(of:maxWidth:)로 측정하여 폭을 넘는 태그는 한 줄에서 말줄임 처리
• Common/TodoInfoSheetView.swift 제거
• TodoDetailFeature, Domain·Data 계약, Todo 편집 옵션, 필터·정렬·페이지네이션, 개발 기록 상세는 변경하지 않음
