• 역할별 Codex 에이전트 TOML 5개 제거
• .codex/config.toml의 쓰기 권한 설정과 AGENTS.md의 Notion 정책 조회 절차 유지

🔍 상세

• architecture_watcher와 verification_runner의 Spark 설정 및 *_luna 대체 설정 제거
• gpt-6-astra와 medium을 고정한 기존 code_reviewer.toml 제거
• 역할 계약과 생성 절차의 리포 내 중복 추가 없이 Notion 관리 방식 유지
• 삭제 후 CLI 0.158.0의 새 세션에서 정책 직접 조회와 종료 코드 0 확인
• 같은 인자의 별도 시작 정보 검사에서 gpt-5.6-sol, xhigh, read-only, approval_policy=never 확인
• 독립 코드 리뷰에서 차단할 발견 사항 없음
• 제품 코드, Xcode 프로젝트와 CI 변경 없음
