fix: label migration COS revisions for object-controller adoption - #88
The object-controller now requires apps.kubernetes.io/managed-by: object-controller before a COD can adopt an ownerless COS in its group. Directly created migration COS revisions previously lacked that label.
This change adds the COS adoption label while preserving the distinct operator-controller value on CODs. It updates the operator-controller API dependency and COD CI pin to 77754d81ea01, adds regression coverage for direct COS creation and the UnmanagedRevision terminal condition, and checks COS labels during E2E handoff. Migration specifications and the E2E guide describe the resource-specific labels.
make migration/test-unit — passed, 65.5% coverage.
make lint — passed.
Focused COS/COD label and terminal-condition tests — passed.
make migration/test-e2e-cos-supersession — passed against the pinned controller on kind Kubernetes 1.37 (25.7 seconds).
make migration/test-e2e-cod-rollback — passed against the same controller (26.7 seconds).
Both E2E runs collected coverage. The temporary cluster was removed afterward.

Bug Fixes
Migration-created ClusterObjectSet revisions now carry the object-controller management label, including revisions created directly or through the catalog handoff.
Unmanaged revisions are now reported as terminal failures when they affect the current generation; stale revisions continue to follow timeout behavior.
Documentation
Updated migration guidance to clarify which management labels apply to ClusterObjectSets and controller-managed resources.
Stamp directly created COS revisions with apps.kubernetes.io/managed-by=object-controller, preserving the distinct operator-controller value on CODs. Align the API dependency and COD CI pin with operator-controller 77754d81ea01.
Add direct-COS label and UnmanagedRevision regressions, assert revision labels during E2E handoff, and update migration specifications. Unit tests, lint, and covered handoff and rollback E2E tests passed on kind Kubernetes 1.37.

The migration now labels directly created ClusterObjectSets as managed by object-controller, while CODs retain the operator-controller label. The change also updates the pinned operator-controller revision and adds test and specification coverage for manager labels and the UnmanagedRevision terminal condition.

Summary
Update the operator-controller pin .github/workflows/migration-test.yaml, go.mod, specs/20260821-migration-v0-to-v1/e2e.md
The workflow and dependency use the newer operator-controller commit. The E2E report records results for that revision.
Apply manager labels to migration resources migration/pkg/migration/*, test/e2e/migration/e2e_test.go, specs/20260821-migration-v0-to-v1/*
CODs retain the operator-controller label, while migration-created COS revisions use the object-controller label. Unit and E2E tests cover the labels and the UnmanagedRevision terminal condition. The migration specifications document these requirements and checks.
operator-framework/library-olm#87: Labels staging CODs for operator-controller adoption; this change adds the distinct manager label for COS revisions.
operator-framework/library-olm#83: Adds the COD migration path and terminal revision failure tests; this change extends terminal-condition coverage and labels the direct COS path.
