This change ensures that ports with an invalid ofport are no longer prematurely treated as "removed" by the agent. Instead, they are now correctly recognized as "current" but failed ports. This allows the agent's main processing loop to handle their state gracefully, preventing incomplete flow cleanup and resolving the race condition. I believe this single change is sufficient and I will not make further modifications.
