OSDOCS-16421: CQA fixes for ROSA OSD Nodes

The 3 node tuning modules are only included in ROSA HCP. Updated content starts at Create node tuning configurations followed by the Modify and Delete modules.

(2)
The sd-nodes-cma-autoscaling-custom-install module titled Installing the custom metrics autoscaler:

• ROSA
• ROSA Classic
• OSD
• OCP doesn't include this module so changes don't appear in the preview.

(3)
The rosa-node-lifecycle.adoc snippet:

• appears in Machine pools in rosa_cluster_admin/rosa_nodes:
  -- ROSA
  -- ROSA Classic

• appears at the beginning of Viewing and listing the nodes nodes/nodes-nodes-viewing
  -- ROSA
  -- ROSA Classic

• as expected, it does not appear in Viewing and listing the nodes for OSD and OCP:
  -- OSD
  -- OCP
