Refactor offline mode documentation into modular structure Modularizes the enable-offline-mode assembly by extracting inline content into separate concept modules for better organization and reusability. Adds overview modules for downloading images, enabling offline mode during installation, updating scanner definitions, and uploading definitions to Central.
