Project Generator fixes
V0.99.0

• Visual Studio -> Open IDE -> Now opens correct target if VS2022 then it will open that.
• Visual Studio 2019 -> Open IDE -> Now opens correct target if VS2019 then it will open that.
• PG had a previous bug if you had VS2019 and VS2022 installed it would automatically Open IDE -> Into VS2019 regardless of template or SLN version
• Fix for passing template command and working VS2019 template now from list
• Tested working

• Android Studio exec open all platforms - > Open IDE
• Visual Studio determine target SLN and open version 2022 if target or 2019 if target. Fixes VS2019 installed opening by default
• macOS Android Open IDE working
