[DNM] Schrodinger command tree installer

Description

Tracking changes to package build machinery for artifacts built from the schrodinger branch.

To build SFIs from this branch

• Go to the package building action and select "Run Workflow", then select branch sch_tree_installer and click run
• If that succeeds, a new package should be visible with the benchmark-sch label on this page
• Then, run the single-file installer action, by clicking "Run Workflow", and again selecting the sch_tree_installer branch.
• Once that's successfully completed, the installer will be attached to the workflow run as an artifacts (probably called ubuntu-latest-3.7.sh). This should be publicly downloadable, similar to the one at the bottom of this page
