Problem Description
Activating the link does not provide a meaningful shortcut for keyboard users.
Expected Behavior
The "Skip to Main Content" link should move focus directly to the beginning of the main content region, bypassing navigation, headers, and other repeated content.
Impact
Keyboard and screen reader users do not receive the intended benefit of the skip link and must continue navigating through content that the skip link is meant to bypass. This reduces efficiency and can increase the effort required to access page content.
