Comment-only, no behaviour change. #609's prose ran to paragraphs where a line carries the same "why": the `capabilities().decrypt` refusal, the two encryption tests, the `onEncrypted` contract, and the two `CLAUDE.md` sections it added. What is left is what a reader could not reconstruct from the code - that the list of formats belongs to the core and not to us, that `viewportWidth` freezes a fit the WebView keeps live - rather than a restatement of what the line below already says.
