chore(deps): require the sdk-go transfer module, not the whole SDK - #6

The bundle writer uses only pkg/transfer/bundle, now its own module github.com/openctemio/sdk-go/pkg/transfer. Requiring it instead of github.com/openctemio/sdk-go keeps the SDK's dependency graph out. Needs the tag pkg/transfer/v0.1.0 (sdk-go #237); go.sum gains its lines with go mod tidy once the tag exists.

Requires github.com/openctemio/sdk-go/pkg/transfer v0.1.0 (its own module since sdk-go#237) instead of the whole sdk-go. Build, vet and tests pass.
