- Replace AsamCommonUtils.cmake and FindGitInfo.cmake with opendaq-cmake-utils
- Move SDK fetching from external/openDAQ/ to root CMakeLists.txt
- Add module_version and opendaq_ref files for version and SDK ref management
- Replace deprecated bb_memcheck_listener.h with daq_memcheck_listener.h in tests
