Hi! Thanks for the contribution and for the clear rationale behind it. The proposal looks thoughtful, and I appreciate that it doesn't introduce any changes to the existing codebase. The alignment between GAP's human-in-the-loop approach and repo-seatbelt's safety philosophy makes a lot of sense. I'll review the files in detail, but at first glance this seems like a reasonable addition. Thanks again for taking the time to put this together and introduce the project. |

Adds repo-seatbelt by @berkcangumusisik to the Open GAP registry.
What repo-seatbelt does: A four-layer AI coding agent safety system — generates safety rule files for 8 AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, Aider, Cline, Zed), exposes a live MCP runtime guardrail server, ships a pre-commit hook, and a GitHub Action CI gate with an AI Safety Score. Category:
security.Repository: https://github.com/berkcangumusisik/repo-seatbelt
Note on CI: The
agent.yaml+SOUL.mdfiles are being added to the target repo via a companion PR (berkcangumusisik/repo-seatbelt#3). Once that PR is merged, the registry CI clone check will pass. The metadata and README in this PR are already valid.Tags:
