Upgrade the @oomol-lab/open-flow development dependency from beta.58 to beta.59 and raise Zod to ^4.6.5 to satisfy its peer requirement. Refresh bun.lock; the bundled Flow authoring references are unchanged after postinstall synchronization.

Newer Zod requires schema fields to be explicitly optional. Mark connector search results' input/output schemas optional so valid schema-less search results continue working. Existing connector search and CLI tests cover this behavior without changing assertions.

The independently published Flow command artifact remains at beta.58; this PR upgrades the npm package only.

Validation: bun run lint:fix, bun run ts-check, bun run knip, and bun run test passed (2,037 passed, 9 skipped, 0 failed). git diff --check passed.
