Document the new FractalCronJob resource, its spec fields, status, and note that FractalService serviceType: cronJob is deprecated in favor of the dedicated CRD.
Switches `extends` from `config:recommended` to `github>omnidotdev/.github` so this repo inherits the org-wide Renovate policy (weekend-only schedule, grouped non-major updates, auto-merge for low-risk bumps).
