Fix mobile transcript presentation and background shell progress

Summary

• Align mobile colors, spacing, controls, and typography with the OpenCode reference. Keep gray user bubbles; use 16-point message text, 14-point formerly 13-point text, and a 15-point session title.
• Preserve chronological tool groups around commentary, collapse updates and skill content, and show one aggregate turn duration.
• Offer Move to background only for eligible running shell or subagent tools.
• Follow shell output independently of session activity. The mobile renderer previously displayed the static background handoff message instead of reading command output. Add bounded, connection/location-scoped output reads, lifecycle-aware refreshes, final output reconciliation, and missing-shell handling.
• Show Execute code and Webfetch URL previews.

Verification

• fnm exec --using=26.7.0 pnpm check passed, including 396 mobile tests and iOS/Android Hermes exports.
• fnm exec --using=26.7.0 pnpm native:doctor passed all 18 checks.
• Regression tests cover transcript ordering, skills, timing, background eligibility, live shell progress, output bounds, connection isolation, lifecycle pauses, and tool previews.
• Compared screenshots with the mobile-sized DevTools reference and verified the referenced command's final output through the server API.
• Physical iPhone verification of the latest fixes remains pending. Android device verification also remains pending.
