[IMP] Sales: sales_quotations ref link cleanup

What this PR does and why it's needed

Cleans up reference link (:ref:) anchor naming across the Sales quotation documentation umbrella so anchors consistently follow the sales/<file_name>/<anchor> convention instead of stale or inconsistent prefixes (e.g. sales_quotations/, send_quotations/, pdf_quote_builder/). No content, wording, or structural changes were made — this is a formatting-only pass limited to reference links within Sales quotations, its pdf_quote_builder subsection, and the small number of external pages (rental, subscriptions) that link into it. Reference links outside this scope, such as eCommerce, were intentionally left untouched. Also adds missing LLM-readability meta descriptions to the affected Sales quotation pages.

• Renamed the sales/quotation-settings anchor in create_quotations.rst to sales/create_quotations/quotation-settings and updated its internal reference; updated the matching cross-reference in rental/rental_orders/create_rental_order.rst
• Renamed the sales/sales_quotations/send-and-confirm anchor in create_quotations.rst to sales/create_quotations/send-and-confirm; updated the matching cross-reference in subscriptions/renewals.rst
• Renamed the sales_quotations/margin/configure-price-and-cost anchor in margin.rst to sales/margin/configure-price-and-cost and updated its internal reference
• Renamed the sales/send_quotations/create_templates anchor in quote_template.rst to sales/quote_template/create_templates
• Renamed all sales/pdf_quote_builder/add_pdf_products/* anchors in add_pdf_products.rst to sales/add_pdf_products/* and updated their internal references
• Renamed all sales/pdf_quote_builder/dynamic_text/* anchors in dynamic_text.rst to sales/dynamic_text/* and updated their internal references; updated the matching cross-references in add_pdf_products.rst and add_pdf_quotes.rst

Meta descriptions

• Added .. meta:: :description: blocks to create_quotations.rst, margin.rst, add_pdf_products.rst, add_pdf_quotes.rst, dynamic_text.rst, and quote_template.rst
