No it is not! Oh oh, I wanted to await the CI run, and then forgot to make it ready for review

I just did a close-open dance to retrigger the Windows workflows. Previously it failed with an ocamlfind (1.9.8) error, but that version has since been marked MSys2-incompatible, so I'm curious to see how it behaves now... 🤓
