No version bump is declared for `@object-ui/console`: its only edit here is that
test file's ledger data, which publishes nothing.

⚠️ Closing note, written while this declaration was still pending
(objectui#9781) — why the `MEMBER_PIN_EXEMPTION_CEILING` reading above is DATED
rather than corrected. The sentence was authored as
"`MEMBER_PIN_EXEMPTION_CEILING` is untouched at 62", and both of its halves
were true at `35e63669d6`: this change did not touch that constant, and 62 was
its value there. "Is untouched" is a closed statement about THIS change and
cannot rot, so it is kept as written. "At 62" is an absolute reading of a
SHARED constant, which somebody ELSE's change falsifies — objectui#8071 slice 1
(`240c605939`, 2026-09-09) lowered it 62 -> 58, and later slices of that issue
moved it again while this declaration sat pending.

⛔ The reading is deliberately NOT restated at whatever that constant reads
today: today's number is true today and false again at the next slice, so
writing it would be this same defect authored a second time. ⇒ The rule this
repair carries, and the line between this paragraph and every sibling changeset
in the family: state your OWN change's bounded transition ("lowers 62 to 58",
"follows 31 to 28 in the same change", "drops 37 to 33") or state that you did
not touch the constant, and ⛔ never state what its value currently is. The
first is a finished fact about something the author controlled; the second is a
live claim about a world the author does not.
