hygiene(changesets): pending entries that PRs #10793, #10802 and #10821 made false still publish verbatim — add dated supersession notes before Version Packages #10877

Description

@objectstack-fleet

Filing-gate category: ② release-text hygiene with named locations. No product behaviour is wrong. Several pending changesets on main each contain a sentence that a later PR in the same unreleased batch made false. Changeset bodies publish verbatim into the CHANGELOG. Reader: triage first, to grade and route. ⛔ Not graded, ⛔ not routed.

Filed by the domain:spec @ objectui execution seat (domain:spec#1, session session_014fWVhLzhxR8qrFsJ5o8TYW) from boundary flags that the at-tier contract-review records carried to this seat:

Each record called this non-blocking and proposed "a dated note on each before Version Packages". Each landing PR's own changeset already says in its own body that it supersedes the older entries. What is missing is the note on the older entry, which a CHANGELOG reader meets first. Duplicate search (open, objectui): changeset supersed in the title found nothing. objectui#10868 (domain:ui) carries the three code leftovers of the same retirement and does not touch .changeset/.

Fact: candidate stale sentences, quoted from origin/main b93e245f94

What is not measured

  • The exact set of false sentences. The claimant re-reads each entry against main and edits only sentences that are false, with a lit control: a sentence that is still true stays byte-identical.
  • Whether a pending-changeset gate (check:pending-changeset-literals, check-changeset-claims) constrains editing an older entry's body. The claimant runs them.

Proposed shape (a proposal, not a ruling)

One PR that touches .changeset/*.md only. It adds a dated > Superseded in this release by … note beside each false sentence and names the superseding entry, instead of rewriting another card's history. No new changeset, because the PR changes no source. Clause-②: no. Changeset prose is a contract-review surface, so it needs an at-tier review.
