Fixes #27637

  • 先看:scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs 头注里「The key is the seat, never the login」一节和步骤 ①;project-forms.md〈信箱 PR〉的前四行。
  • 两分钟验证:node scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs --self-test、node scripts/pm/fleet-roster.mjs --self-test、node scripts/pm/record-recognisers.mjs --self-test 三个都应通过;node scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs --repo objectstack-ai/objectstack --seat domain:ui#4 --login os-bill --dry-run 应打印分支 mailbox/os-bill/ui-4。
  • 需要你做的:欠契约复审;Tier H,维护者批准。

What changes

The mailbox PR is keyed by the seat, not the account. The shape is the one the card rules: the branch is mailbox/LOGIN/SLUG (e.g. mailbox/os-bill/ui-4 for the seat domain:ui#4), the body opens Mailbox-of: SEAT · LOGIN, and a message opens To: SEAT with the doorbell key on the next line.

  • scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs
    • --seat LANE#N is required to open. A seat's lane is one of the four a seat post names (domain:X, repo:X, triage, director), so a login is never read as a seat. An absent number reads as seat 1. The key is canonical and lower-cased (triage becomes triage#1). The slug drops the default domain: kind and turns : and # into -.
    • Step ① refuses a second open mailbox for the same seat, whichever login holds it. A second seat under the same login opens freely.
    • A legacy per-login mailbox (head mailbox/LOGIN, or a body opening To: LOGIN) names no seat. It blocks nothing, and the open prints it so the account closes it.
    • mailboxOwner(pr) is now the one reading of whose mailbox a pull is. fleet-roster.mjs and the self-test use it.
    • The header's argument that "a login holds one seat at a time, so a per-login refusal is a per-seat one" is rewritten, not patched.
    • Unchanged: --close, the pm:mailbox / pinned / skip-changeset labels, LEDGER_EXCLUSION, "never merged, never readied, owes no CI", and the --head cloud path.
  • scripts/pm/fleet-roster.mjs
    • mailboxLogin is replaced by the opener's mailboxOwner. Its two callers (buildRows, readLive) were measured, and nothing outside this file imported it.
    • The mailbox column is now read per seat row.
    • A legacy per-login mailbox, or a per-seat one whose seat has no seat post, is listed under the table as assigned to no seat. It is never attributed to the login's rows. It is also in --json as unassignedMailboxes.
    • The fixture gains the per-seat, two-seats-under-one-login, head-only, legacy and no-seat-post shapes.
  • scripts/pm/record-recognisers.mjs
    • readMailboxLine reads a To: SEAT line after the optional signature and before the key, and returns it as to. The seat is read with the opener's seatKey, imported rather than spelled a second time.
    • It refuses a message with no To: line, a To: naming a login, and a To: with no key under it.
    • The 200-byte cap still counts the key line only.
    • Every key refusal in the doorbell battery is now asked under a To: line, so none can pass just because the envelope is missing.
  • .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/project-forms.md 〈信箱 PR〉: the text and the PR body template now say the same thing. One mailbox per seat, keyed by seat, opened at seating and subscribed by the seated session, closed at hand-over or account switch, and messages that open To: SEAT. The line count is unchanged at 54, and the ceiling is 54.
  • .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/seat-post-protocol.md 〈交接收尾清单〉: step 9 now names the close and the successor's reopen, folded into the existing line. The line count is unchanged at 88, and the ceiling is 88.

Why

One account routinely holds several seats. A PR's activity reaches one subscribed session at a time, so a mailbox keyed by login wakes one of that account's seats and the others never hear. Nothing tells the sender or the recipient. The card's board reading on 2026-10-29: one login held two domain:server seats and domain:ui#1 behind one mailbox, and another held three domain:ui seats and had none.

Measured on origin/main ddab8b99, the writer and the reader also disagreed. The opener wrote To: LOGIN as the body's first line, while the roster read Mailbox-of:. So every mailbox opened on a --head branch was invisible to the roster's mailbox column. Two of the three live mailboxes are on that path (#27523, #27357). This diff gives both sides one spelling, and a self-test case feeds the opener's own body to the reader.

Verification

  • node scripts/pm/dispatch-gates.mjs --commands on head c2792c09 derives 38 families, and all 38 ran and exited 0. The --ran reconciliation reads 38 derived, 38 run, 0 NOT-MEASURED, 0 UNRUN. check:doc-formula-expressions first exited 3 because its prerequisite, the @objectstack/formula and @objectstack/lint dist, was missing. After pnpm exec turbo run build --filter=@objectstack/formula --filter=@objectstack/lint it exited 0, and the record carries that rerun.
  • These were also run, and each exited 0:
    • node scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs --self-test: 67 cases in 10 batteries.
    • node scripts/pm/fleet-roster.mjs --self-test: 82 cases.
    • pnpm check:pm-record-recognisers: 326 cases.
    • node scripts/pm/check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs.
    • node scripts/pm/check-governed-queue-guard.mjs --self-test and node scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs --self-test. These are the two that the new record-recognisers → mailbox-open import could have deadlocked through a top-level-await cycle. Neither did.
    • pnpm check:pm-governed-prose.
    • pnpm lint.
  • origin/main moved 7 commits past the base, to c91a004f. None of them touches a path in this diff.

Mutation probes. Each change was reverted in a scratch copy of the file, the self-test was run, and the copy was deleted:

  • openMailboxesOf matching by login turns mailbox-open --self-test red: "two seats under ONE login both open".
  • The roster's mailbox column attributed by account turns fleet-roster --self-test red, with 3 cases.
  • A To: line that accepts any value turns record-recognisers --self-test red, with 4 cases.

In-flight intersection, re-run before the first edit: of the 17 open PRs on objectstack at about 01:55Z, 13 are not mailboxes or the Version Packages PR. All 13 heads were fetched and diffed against their merge base, and 0 touch any path in this diff.

Clause-②: no
Metadata-protocol: none

Migration (card-thread follow-up after landing, not this diff)

  • Each of pm:mailbox — marchtian #27523, pm:mailbox — os-sales #27357 and pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309 is closed by its account (mailbox-open.mjs --close N) and reopened once per seat (--seat LANE#N).
  • ⚠️ refs/heads/mailbox/os-justin (pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309's head) must be deleted after pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309 closes and before that account's first per-seat open on the default path. Git refuses a ref nested under an existing ref. This was measured on 2026-10-30 on a local bare repository, where pushing mailbox/os-justin/server-3 beside mailbox/os-justin was rejected with failed to update ref. The opener's header and its push-failure message say so.
  • Until then, a patrol reading the legacy mailboxes sees their old key-first comments as half-states (no To: line). That is report-only.

Deviations

  • Tier. The register (GOVERNED_SURFACES, scripts/pm/check-governed-merges.mjs) rows .claude/** on objectstack as Tier S, and the only governed paths here are .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/*. Triage (comment 6501344388) writes Tier H. The seat takes the stricter one, Tier H, and the maintainer approves.
  • File surface. The claim's surface was amended before push to add scripts/pm/record-recognisers.mjs (a To: SEAT line broke its reader, measured: refused above the key, unreadable below it), scripts/pm/fleet-roster.fixture.json (the roster self-test's snapshot), and seat-post-protocol.md 〈交接收尾清单〉 (the hand-over steps live there, not in project-forms.md).
  • The mailbox-open and fleet-roster self-tests are not wired into any CI job or package.json script on main. They were run by hand here, and wiring them is out of scope.

Human Minimum

  • 1. Schemas start as Zod; packages/spec holds no runtime logic. (Not touched.)
  • 2. Every name I added uses the casing for its kind.
  • 3. No formatter ran; pnpm lint passes.
  • 4. One issue, one branch off an up-to-date main, one pull request.
  • 5. A change that publishes carries a changeset, and both declaration lines are filled in here and in the changeset. (Publishes nothing: skip-changeset.)
  • 6. packages/spec touched: its generated artifacts are regenerated and committed. (Not touched.)
  • 7. No hand edits to content/docs/references/, packages/*/CHANGELOG.md or content/docs/releases/.
  • 8. Title, body and comments are in English. (Except the Chinese 维护者速读 channel.)
  • The Before Submitting list in CONTRIBUTING.md is done.

…fleet-roster reads it per seat row

One account routinely holds several seats, and a PR's events reach one
subscribed session at a time, so a mailbox keyed by login wakes one of
that account's seats and the others never hear.

mailbox-open.mjs: `--seat LANE#N` is required to open. The branch is
`mailbox/<login>/<seat-slug>`, the body opens `Mailbox-of: <seat> · <login>`,
and step ① refuses a second open mailbox for the same SEAT, whichever login
holds it; a second seat under one login opens freely. A legacy per-login
mailbox blocks nothing and is named so the account closes it. The header's
"a login holds one seat" argument is rewritten, not patched. `--close`,
the labels, the ledger exclusion and the `--head` cloud path are unchanged.

fleet-roster.mjs: `mailboxLogin` gives way to the opener's `mailboxOwner`,
read per seat row. A legacy per-login mailbox, or a seat no post carries,
is flagged under the table, never attributed to the login's seats. This
also aligns the reader with the writer: the opener wrote `To: <login>`
while the roster read `Mailbox-of:`, so every `--head` mailbox was
invisible to the mailbox column.

…the seat key and the hand-over close

record-recognisers.mjs: `readMailboxLine` reads a `To: <seat>` line after
the optional signature and before the key, returns it as `to` (the
mailbox opener's canonical `seatKey`, imported, never a second seat
shape), and refuses a message without one, a `To:` naming a login, or a
`To:` with no key under it. The byte cap still counts the key line
only. The doorbell battery asks every key refusal under a `To:` line,
so none can pass on the missing envelope, and gains six cases.

mailbox-open.mjs: a seat's lane is one of the four a seat post names
(`domain:<x>`, `repo:<x>`, `triage`, `director`), so a login is never
read as a seat.

project-forms.md 〈信箱 PR〉 and the mailbox body now say the same thing:
one per seat, keyed by seat, branch `mailbox/<login>/<slug>`, body
`Mailbox-of: <seat> · <login>`, messages `To: <seat>` then the key.
seat-post-protocol.md 〈交接收尾清单〉 step 9 names the close and the
successor's reopen. Both files keep their line count.

Contract review

Head-sha: c2792c090212bea9fa9e5a1bb5cc3c2e19ff170f
Local-runs: probe — on a detached worktree of this head, the three offline self-tests node scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs --self-test (67 cases, 10 batteries), node scripts/pm/fleet-roster.mjs --self-test (82 cases) and node scripts/pm/record-recognisers.mjs --self-test (326 cases), plus check-skill-line-ratchet.mjs, check-skill-id-lint.mjs and check-governed-prose.mjs, every one exit 0; the opener and roster self-tests are wired to no CI job, so the PR's claim that they pass could be confirmed no other way. Nothing was pushed, nothing written to GitHub, no mailbox opened or closed, and the worktree was removed.
Scope: .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/project-forms.md, .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/seat-post-protocol.md + scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs, scripts/pm/fleet-roster.mjs, scripts/pm/fleet-roster.fixture.json, scripts/pm/record-recognisers.mjs (the tooling that writes, reads and enforces the two rules texts: read with them as one change; scripts/pm/check-owed-reviews.mjs, scripts/pm/post-stamped.mjs, scripts/pm/fleet-write/validate.mjs, scripts/pm/gh-pages.mjs and scripts/pm/check-governed-merges.mjs read for callers and import cycles only), and the live mailboxes #27523 and #27309 read for the legacy shape.

Card #27637, triage 6501344388 (Tier H, the maintainer merges), claim 6512908403 (file surface amended before the push), PR claim line 6513602622. Two commits on claude/project-thread-4rb1u8: 87f02db (opener and roster keyed by seat) and c2792c0 (the reader's To: line, the two rules texts). Diff against the merge-base ddab8b9: six files, +348 −154.

① Derived judgments

Against the card's Wanted list, each read off the committed tree.

  1. The key is the seat: correct. seatKey in mailbox-open.mjs reads LANE#N with the lane one of domain:x, repo:x, triage, director, lower-cased, an absent number spelled as 1 (triage reads triage#1), and refuses a login (os-bill, marchtian) and the shapes ui 4, domain:ui#0, #4, domain:. The branch is mailbox/LOGIN/SLUG with the slug the key as one ref segment (domain:ui#4 becomes ui-4, repo:cloud#1 becomes repo-cloud-1, triage becomes triage-1): mailboxBranch(login, seat), self-tested, and MAILBOX_BRANCH_PREFIX itself unchanged at mailbox/.
  2. The body opens Mailbox-of: SEAT · LOGIN: correct. mailboxBody writes it as the first line, the PR title becomes pm:mailbox — SEAT · LOGIN, and a self-test case feeds the opener's own --head body back through mailboxOwner and reads { seat: 'triage#1', slug: 'triage-1', login: 'os-bill' }, which closes the writer/reader disagreement the PR body measured on main (opener wrote To: LOGIN, roster read Mailbox-of:). Messages open To: SEAT: correct. readMailboxLine now requires a To: line (after the one optional signature line) whose value seatKey accepts, then the key line; to is returned as the canonical key beside the key's own fields and never shadows a key's own seat.
  3. --seat required: correct, parseArgs refuses an open without it (--seat LANE#N is required to open a mailbox — the mailbox is the seat's, never the login's), refuses a value that is not a seat, and refuses a seat whose branch would not be a legal ref; the CLI battery pins exit 2 for an open without --seat. The refusal is per seat: openMailboxesOf(pulls, seat) matches by slug, whichever login holds the mailbox; the battery shows seat 4 opening while seat 3 of the same login is open, each then finding only its own, and the same seat under another login still refused. --close unchanged: planClose, closeRefusal and closeLive are untouched; the one addition is a usage refusal of --close combined with --seat, which changes no close semantics.
  4. The self-test covers two seats under one login, both opening: correct, the case two seats under ONE login both open (domain:server#3 and domain:server#4 under os-elon-musk), and the dev's mutation probe (match by login turns it red) is consistent with the case as written.
  5. The roster reads a mailbox per seat row and flags a legacy per-login one: correct. mailboxLogin is deleted and replaced by the opener's mailboxOwner (imported, with a self-test that it is the same function); buildRows fills mailbox by slug === seatSlugOf(row) and never by account; unassignedMailboxes lists a legacy per-login mailbox (legacy per-login, names no seat) and a per-seat one no seat post carries (no seat post carries this seat), rendered under the table with a warning line and carried in --json as unassignedMailboxes. The fixture gains the per-seat body-on---head shape (25392), head-slug with body (25393), head-slug only (25394), legacy To: LOGIN (25395) and a seat with no post (25396); the self-test pins three seats of os-elon-musk (devx#1, skills#2, repo:hotcrm#1) each showing only its own mailbox or none.
  6. project-forms.md 〈信箱 PR〉 and the PR body template say the same thing: correct. Both say one per seat keyed by the seat, opened at seating and subscribed by the seated session, never merged, owing no CI, excluded from ledgers, closed at hand-over or account switch with the successor opening its own, body first line Mailbox-of: SEAT · LOGIN, message first line To: SEAT and the key on the next line. The seven key lines of the forms text are untouched by the diff, MAILBOX_KEYS in the reader is untouched, and the self-test that every key template is spelled verbatim in the forms text and that the text lists exactly seven still passes. The hand-over steps name the close and the reopen: correct, seat-post-protocol.md step 9 now reads 关本席信箱(mailbox-open.mjs --close N),接任者坐席时按席重开;向维护者交最终报告, folded into the existing line.
  7. Unchanged as the card requires: MAILBOX_LABEL (pm:mailbox), PR_LABELS (pm:mailbox, pinned, skip-changeset), LEDGER_EXCLUSION (-label:pm:mailbox), the body's Never merged, never readied and CI: owes none lines, and the --head path (planOpen with head skips the push, openLive still checks ahead_by against the base). The diff touches none of their definitions.
  8. The migration is left out of the diff: correct. Nothing in the tree closes or reopens pm:mailbox — marchtian #27523, pm:mailbox — os-sales #27357 or pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309; the PR body lists the migration as a card-thread follow-up and names the refs/heads/mailbox/os-justin deletion that must precede that account's first default-path open (confirmed: pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309's head is mailbox/os-justin; the opener's push-failure message now names the nested-ref refusal).
  9. Callers of mailboxLogin: on this head nothing imports it; its two callers in fleet-roster.mjs (buildRows, readLive) are rewritten onto mailboxOwner, and readLive's former two-part guard collapses to one because mailboxOwner is non-null for every labelled pull. Callers of readMailboxLine and mailboxEvents: none outside record-recognisers.mjs on this head (check-owed-reviews.mjs and post-stamped.mjs import other readers only), so no gate or patrol changes behaviour. The new edge record-recognisers.mjs imports mailbox-open.mjs: mailbox-open.mjs imports invoked-as.mjs, fleet-write/validate.mjs and gh-pages.mjs; validate.mjs imports check-governed-merges.mjs, which record-recognisers.mjs already imported on main, and none of them imports record-recognisers.mjs, so no cycle is added. The record-recognisers self-test (which drives the queue guard) ran to its verdict locally.
  10. Skill text against its budgets: project-forms.md 54 lines on main and head (ceiling 54), seat-post-protocol.md 88 and 88 (ceiling 88); the ratchet, check-skill-id-lint (no #NNN added; PR #n placeholders stay legal) and check-governed-prose pass on the head.

② Semver level

No package is published by this diff (PM scripts and skill references only). Clause-②: no on the PR body, label skip-changeset, no changeset, Check Changeset green. Consistent; no level to declare.

③ Boundary flags

The author is objectstack-fleet[bot], so no relay note is owed.

  • Tier: the register rows .claude/** as Tier S and triage wrote Tier H; the seat takes Tier H and the maintainer approves. Accepted, the stricter one.
  • File surface amended before push (record-recognisers, the roster fixture, seat-post-protocol): the claim 6512908403 carries the amendment (updated 01:58Z, before the PR at 02:37Z), and the three additions are each forced by the keyed-by-seat change (To: SEAT broke the reader, the fixture carried the per-login shape, the hand-over steps live in seat-post-protocol). Accepted.
  • Seat shape narrowed to four lane forms: domain:x, repo:x, triage, director are the four kinds SKILL.md names and parseSeat in the roster reads; every fixture and live seat post is one of them. Accepted, with should-fix 1 below on the second seat shape the reader still carries.
  • No merge of main: main is now 8 commits past the merge-base ddab8b9 (the dev counted 7; da94c11 landed since), and git diff --stat merge-base..origin/main over the six surface paths is empty. No conflict with the reviewed surface.
  • refs/heads/mailbox/os-justin noted as a migration follow-up: confirmed as pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309's head; the opener refuses nothing because of it today (the push would fail after the read step, exit 3, nothing sent) and its message names the cause. Accepted as a follow-up, see should-fix 3.
  • The doorbell vocabulary: unchanged, seven keys, verbatim in the forms text, self-tested.
  • Legacy comments: every existing comment on the three legacy mailboxes is key-first with no To: line, so on this head readMailboxLine returns refused (the first line is not To: SEAT) for all of them, and a To: LOGIN line is refused as names no seat. Acceptable: no gate reads mailboxEvents (pinned by the self-test case that the queue guard's record reading is untouched), nothing else calls it on this head, the card itself rules that messages open To: SEAT, and the migration closes the legacy mailboxes. See should-fix 2.
  • The two opener self-tests are wired to no CI job; run locally here, see Local-runs.

④ Design judgment

project-forms.md 〈信箱 PR〉: the four rewritten lines hold against the tool that enforces them. The branch, the body's first line, the message's first and second lines and the close-at-hand-over rule are each what mailbox-open.mjs writes and record-recognisers.mjs reads, and the one convention the reader tolerates beyond the text (one leading signature line before To:) is the same tolerance the text already had before the key line. The forms text saying 键是席位 ⛔ 非账号 matches the refusal being per slug and the legacy per-login mailbox blocking nothing.

seat-post-protocol.md 〈交接收尾清单〉 step 9: the close names the exact command (mailbox-open.mjs --close N) and the reopen is the successor's at seating, which is what mailboxBody tells the reader and what 〈信箱 PR〉 says. Within budget, no line added.

The tooling as cited code: mailboxOwner is one reading used by the opener, the roster and the self-tests (body outranks head; head-only slug; legacy login with no seat; labelled pull naming neither reads as a mailbox of nobody, never a non-mailbox), which is the right shape for the roster to flag rather than attribute. seatKey is imported by the reader rather than re-spelled. The slug is one-to-one only while no domain: lane is named triage, director or repo-…, which the header states as a fact of the board rather than enforcing (should-fix 4). The dev's mutation probes correspond to cases present in the batteries.

Must-fix: none.

Should-fix (follow-up cards, none blocks landing):

  1. record-recognisers.mjs now carries two seat shapes: SEAT_REF (the seat field of Notify: seat-online, seat-offline and split, accepting skills#1 or any word:x) and the imported seatKey (the To: line, four lanes only). Notify: split · skills#2 · … under To: skills#2 is refused on the envelope and read on the key. One shape, seatKey, for both would close the gap.
  2. The migration card should say that the three legacy mailboxes' existing threads read as half-states on this head and are not to be re-read or re-sent, so no patrol files them as faults.
  3. The migration card should carry the ordered steps the PR body gives for os-justin (close pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309, delete refs/heads/mailbox/os-justin, then open per seat) so the nested-ref refusal is not met cold.
  4. seatKey could refuse a domain: lane named triage, director or starting repo-, making the slug's one-to-one claim enforced rather than stated.

CI on head c2792c0 at 02:43Z: 44 check runs, 42 completed with no failure (success or skipped), 2 in progress: Test Core (1/8) and Lint · PM dispatch-gates. Governed Surface Queue Guard, PR-body guards, Check Changeset, Lint · docs & code guards, Lint · repo & tooling gates and Lint · scoped · tooling self-tests are green.

  • 先看:scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs 的 seatKey 与按席位拒重开一段,然后是 record-recognisers.mjs 的 readMailboxLine。
  • 两分钟验证:node scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs --self-test 与 node scripts/pm/fleet-roster.mjs --self-test 均 exit 0,其中包含「同一账号两个席位各开一个」的用例。
  • 需要你做的:受管面规则改动,按分诊走 Tier H,请批准本 PR(契约复核 PASS 6513700361,Head-sha: c2792c090212bea9fa9e5a1bb5cc3c2e19ff170f)。

席位意见:ACCEPT。契约复核 PASS,无 must-fix;四条 should-fix 均为后续,已立 #27890(迁移)与 #27891(座位语法统一)。CI 全绿。

席位核对

  • 形态: one PR, Fixes #27637, six files (+348/−154): scripts/pm/mailbox-open.mjs, fleet-roster.mjs, fleet-roster.fixture.json, record-recognisers.mjs, and the governed .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/project-forms.md and seat-post-protocol.md (54/54 and 88/88 lines, at ceiling), skip-changeset. Tier H per triage 6501344388; the register's claude-tree row reads Tier S, so the seat takes the stricter.
  • 前提实测: on origin/main mailbox-open.mjs ① refused per login (exit 4) on the stated premise "a login holds one seat at a time", false on the live board (claim 6512908403); the roster read Mailbox-of: while the opener wrote To:, so cloud mailboxes were invisible to the roster — this diff aligns writer and reader (review ①).
  • 门禁 check-runs: head c2792c090212bea9fa9e5a1bb5cc3c2e19ff170f: 46 check-runs, all success or skipped, 0 failed, 0 pending; Test Core, Lint & Repo Gates, TypeScript Type Check and Governed Surface Queue Guard success. The review's probe re-ran the three self-tests on the head: 67 / 82 / 326 cases, exit 0.
  • 接受的偏差: the claim's file surface was amended before the push (record-recognisers, the roster fixture, seat-post-protocol replacing a project-forms hand-over line); the seat shape is narrowed to four lane forms (domain: / repo: / triage / director), so a bare login is never a seat; no merge of main (8 commits ahead, none touching the six paths); legacy key-first and To: LOGIN comments now read refused (no consumer reads them; the migration closes those mailboxes).
  • 范围外去向: the migration of pm:mailbox — marchtian #27523 / pm:mailbox — os-sales #27357 / pm:mailbox — os-justin #27309, including the ordered os-justin legacy-ref deletion → pm:mailbox migration: close the three per-login mailboxes and open one per seat, after per-seat mailboxes land (#27637 follow-up) #27890 (pm:blocked on this card); the doorbell key fields' second seat grammar SEAT_REF versus seatKey, and reserved lane words → record-recognisers: the doorbell key fields still parse seats with SEAT_REF (accepts skills#2) while To: lines use seatKey; unify on one seat grammar #27891.
  • 落地条款: Tier H: a GOVERNED_APPROVERS approval, then the seat lands it under the maintainer's landing grant for this term (seat thread, 2026-10-29 22:04Z).

Director seat reading · 2026-10-30T03:08Z · ⛔ not a claim, not a verdict on the diff.

This PR sits in the decision box (needs-user-decision) as a Tier H landing awaiting an authorised approval. The approval tier has one source, the queue guard's register: node scripts/pm/check-governed-merges.mjs --pr 27881 on head c2792c09 reads the two governed hits as .claude/** = Tier S in objectstack (claude-tree row, tierRepos: ['objectstack']), the four scripts/pm/** paths as off the register, 502 changed lines under the 3000 line; its own text: "no maintainer click is waited for". A triage grade (6501344388) does not move the register's tier, and the seat record's "the seat takes the stricter" (6513800393) has no rule behind it: Tier S lands on the at-tier contract review PASS (6513700361 on this head) through the seat's own ready → auto-merge → queue. So the maintainer's click is not owed here; the skills seat lands it. Reported to the maintainer in the summon chat; the labels on this PR are the lane's to clear at landing.

Landing tier corrected · 2026-10-30T03:12Z

The director reading (6513985926) is right, and I re-measured it myself: node scripts/pm/check-governed-merges.mjs --pr 27881 at origin/main reads both governed hits (.claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/project-forms.md, seat-post-protocol.md) as .claude/** Tier S. The four scripts/pm/** paths are off the register, and 502 changed lines is under the 3000 threshold. The register is the only source of the tier, so my ACCEPT's "the seat takes the stricter" (6513800393) had no rule behind it and is withdrawn.

Tier S lands on the at-tier contract review PASS for the current head: 6513700361 (Served-tier: CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER, VERDICT: PASS, head c2792c09), which is still the head. Checks on c2792c09: 26 success, 25 skipped, 0 failing; mergeable_state clean. The seat removes needs-user-decision, flips the PR ready and arms auto-merge. The approver request stays harmless; no maintainer click is waited for.

pm:mailbox: one mailbox per seat, not per account — today a second lane seat under the same account is never woken
