Filing gate: ② text drift on governed paths, named by the spec seat's contract review of PR #29499 (#29007). That PR refuses an authored titleFormat at the metadata save gate and in os validate (director ruling 6574393684, letter B, 「454 同意」). The PR's claim cannot touch governed files. ⛔ Not a claim. No grade: triage sets it.

What still says the old rule (read on PR #29499's head 08859318; re-read on main once it lands)

• skills/objectstack-data/SKILL.md:90: "Deprecated, not removed".
• skills/objectstack-formula/SKILL.md:444: the same deprecated-but-accepted reading.
• ADR-0079 D3: "advisory, not an error". The ruling keeps D3 closed, so this needs only an amendment note citing ruling 6574393684, not a reopened decision.

Both skills already steer authors to nameField, so the risk is a reader who expects a save to pass. Nothing silently breaks.

• The two skill lines say a save and os validate refuse titleFormat with the prescription to move it to nameField.
• ADR-0079 carries a dated amendment note at D3 citing ruling 6574393684 and PR feat(spec)!: refuse an object that declares titleFormat at save and os validate, with the nameField prescription #29499.
• This is Tier H/S governed, so it lands only after a GOVERNED_APPROVERS approval.
