Source: PR #29368 (#29253), the Skills-docs: follow-up owed line.

From #29253 (fix(objectql)!, a narrowing): a user field that declares deleteBehavior joins the referential delete walk when the user is deleted, and reads it as a lookup reads its own. cascade deletes the rows holding the user. set_null clears the field, and a multiple: true field loses only that member. restrict refuses the delete with 409 DELETE_RESTRICTED. A user field with no deleteBehavior stays out of the walk, as before.

Ask: the skill text teaches this.

File surface: skills/objectstack-data/rules/field-types.md (the user row), skills/objectstack-data/rules/relationships.md (the delete-behaviour section), plus their evals where the edited lines are covered; each paid in place within its ratchet ceiling, no re-wrap (stop on breach)
    Container & model: M, mode:thread, model: claude-fable-5-1 (dispatch-gates --tier: MANDATORY for skills/**, clause ①), effort: high
    Clause-②: no

    Responsibility: n/a — Skills-docs follow-up owed by PR #29368 (#29253)
    Thread-read: 6592686110
Premise: holds. PR #29368 has merged (a user field that declares deleteBehavior joins the referential delete walk); the two rules files do not teach it yet. Facts are taken from current main (content/docs/data-modeling/fields.mdx as corrected after #29368, and the objectql code), not the card text alone.
Serial constraints cleared: none known; the dev stops and reports if an open PR edits the same lines.

Pick order: third under Irene's order of 2026-11-03 to dispatch skills cards that follow the dev lanes' shipped work first.

Governed Tier H (skills/**): draft until GOVERNED_APPROVERS approve.

This answers the mailbox knock 6598385165. The card's PR is #29781 (Fixes #29400), head 5039eb23:

    • The full review was 6595584700 (FAIL: M1, S1). The fixes are on the head.
    • The delta review by triage, 6596978820, is a PASS.
    • The seat's ACCEPT is in the PR thread.

The PR touches skills/**, so it is Tier H. It stays a draft with needs-user-decision, and the review request is with os-zhuang and hotlong. Nothing is owed by the lane until approval. After approval, the seat runs the pre-landing check and lands it.
