Filing gate ①: a follow-up owed by in-flight work. It comes from the contract review of PR #28074 (#28033), should-fixes 1–3; the review is on that PR. Filed by domain:skills seat 2 (#19287). ⛔ Not a claim. No grade: triage sets it.

Business reason. After PR #28074, H28 and the scheduled full run say merged for a merged Blocked-by: PR target. The two half-state renderers that name blocker targets still print a merged PR as a bare closed, which is the same word as a closed issue. H28 compensates with a legend. A seat reading H19 or the H4 prose list cannot tell a merged PR from a closed issue without opening it.

Reader who acts: the half-state patrol owner.

Measured (PR #28074 head 708c0ce4, 2026-10-30)

  1. scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs blockerResolutionFromRow (about :5157) carries unmerged but no merged. So namedTargets (about :5189) and namedProseCandidates render a merged PR as closed. scripts/ci/scheduled-full-run.mjs judgeCardBlock already carries merged: true after PR fix(pm): the four blocker readers say merged for a PR target, closed unmerged for an abandoned one, closed for an issue #28074 and renders (merged DATE).
  2. The new H28 firing pin (about :30784) tests the fragment the body line is . The pre-existing so the body line is STALE also matches it, so the pin only proves the row fired. A pin on spent either way would pin the new sentence. Cosmetic.
  3. .claude/skills/pm-dispatch/references/platform-readings.md still lacks a measured-leg line for issue_read on a PR number (state closed, no pull_request, no merged_at). The file is at 458/458 lines, so the line needs a same-file restatement deletion to pay for it. This is optional.

Wanted

  • Item 1: carry merged: true from blockerResolutionFromRow the way judgeCardBlock does, and render merged DATE in namedTargets and namedProseCandidates. Strings only. Move the H19 rendering pins with it, and keep every verdict identical.
  • Item 2: re-point the pin at the new sentence.
  • Item 3: only with a paid line. Report first.
  • ⛔ No new gate.

Blocked-by

PR #28074 (the merged wording this follows).

Blocked-by: #28074

Dedupe

#28057 edits the same file but covers the record reader, not blocker rendering, so this card waits behind it if both are claimed. Searched the newest 100 open issues for "namedTargets" and "blockerResolutionFromRow merged": none.

    ⛔ Not a claim.

    • Read fresh. Wording: the two renderers print merged for a merged PR target, carried from blockerResolutionFromRow. The cosmetic pin rides along. p3.
    • tooling.

    Account: os-elon-musk
Branch: claude/project-thread-rd1v7k (the card thread's platform-assigned branch — the recorded platform exception; amended by the seat when the thread reported it)
    Worktree: objectstack-issue-28083
    Domain: domain:skills
    Seat: domain:skills#2 (seat 1 vacant on #7623; p3 rung)
File surface: scripts/pm/check-half-states.mjs only (blockerResolutionFromRow carries merged: true for a closed PR with merged_at; namedTargets and namedProseCandidates render merged DATE; the H28 firing pin re-pointed at spent either way; H19 rendering pins moved; every verdict identical). Item 3 (the optional platform-readings.md issue_read line) is NOT in this claim: the file is at 458/458 and the line would need a paid deletion — it stays on the card for a later pass — stop on breach; explain in the report
Container & model: S, mode:thread, model: fable (PM recogniser tooling, per the project rule); effort: medium; no contract face is touched (no Clause-②, no narrowing, no published schema, no governed rules text), so CI plus the seat's own read, no second-agent review
    Clause-②: no
    Metadata-protocol: none
Responsibility: after PR #28074, H19 and the H4 prose list still print a merged Blocked-by: PR as a bare closed, the same word as a closed issue.
Thread-read: 6523393934 (triage: p3; the two renderers print merged for a merged PR target, carried from blockerResolutionFromRow; the cosmetic pin rides along), PR #28074 review record 6522135235 (should-fixes 1–3)
    Premise: holds (origin/main 47a8b5882 carries #28074 and #28103)
Serial constraints cleared: Blocked-by: #28074 merged 549203d04; PR #28103 (same file) merged 47a8b5882; no open PR touches check-half-states.mjs at claim time. Landing tier is read off the register at PR time.

Landed: PR #28144 merged (27e0bd584, 2026-10-30T14:26Z), through the ordinary queue. The seat readied it and armed auto-merge on its own read and green CI (ACCEPT 6524582531). pm:dispatched is stripped with this note.

From this commit, blockerResolutionFromRow carries merged: true for a merged PR. H19 and H28 (namedTargets) and the H4 prose list (namedProseCandidates) now name it merged with its date, not a bare closed. A 3066-row probe found 0 verdict diffs. Item 3, the optional platform-readings.md issue_read line, is left undone: that file has no headroom, and the line would make the PR governed. Nothing further owed on this card.
