PR #27566 lets a type: 'report' navigation item omit reportName: absent means the app's report index (<app>/reports), and the console no longer injects an "All reports" row on its own (an app shows the index only where its navigation declares it). The governed skills still teach only the one-report form: skills/objectstack-ui/SKILL.md:171 lists report with reportName as its key, and skills/objectstack-ui/rules/navigation.md:38 shows only a named report. An AI author following them never learns the index item, and after #27566 an app without one has no report index entry.
Wanted
After PR #27566 merges: both skills pages teach the index form ({ type: 'report' } with no reportName = the report index) beside the named form, within each file's token ratchet.
