Filing-gate class ① — a follow-up owed by work in flight. PR #26774 (card #26633) adds an eval that expects a dataset report to declare exportOptions: { formats: ['csv', 'xlsx'] } under the base object's existing allowExport permission. Its dev measured (os-dev-report on #26633) that the skill does not teach that key: git grep -n "exportOptions\|allowExport" skills on main → 0 lines, while skills/objectstack-ui/rules/dashboards.md (~L402) teaches the report's dateRange.
