Adds a MAYA_PLUGIN entry next to EDITOR so the plugin version is tracked in one place instead of being hardcoded in the plugin file.

Resolves the TODO in
nxt_maya.py: the plugin version now comes from a newMAYA_PLUGINentry innxt_editor/version.json(same file and shape asEDITOR), read throughnxt_editor.constants.version_file. No behaviour change, the version stays 0.1.0.
