Nothing is injected outside `nuxt dev`.

The dev server can be reachable from other devices, so each install from the button waits for you in the terminal that runs `nuxt dev`. In nuxi's interactive view, press `y`; in plain mode, type `yes` and press Enter. Anything else refuses, and so does no answer within 5 minutes. When the terminal cannot answer, for example after the dev server restarted under the interactive view, the install is refused and the panel shows the command to run yourself.

## Turning it off

- `devtools: false` (or `devtools: { enabled: false }`) in `nuxt.config` disables both the button and DevTools.

Resume input for a later confirmation.

After the first confirmation pauses a non-flowing stream, a later data listener does not resume it. A second confirmation on the same terminal can therefore wait five minutes without receiving the user's answer. Resume the stream while the confirmation owns it, then pause it again when the answer completes. Add a regression test that declines once and answers on the next call.

🐛 Suggested fix
     input.on('data', onData)
+    if (!flowing)
+      input.resume()

Update the confirmation flow around the data listener and flowing-state handling

Refuse when terminal input ends.

If a TTY input stream ends before an answer, this promise has no EOF handler. The install request remains open until the five-minute timeout. Resolve false on end, and remove that listener during cleanup. Based on learnings: EOF on stdin should count as a declined answer. (nodejs.org)

lines 32 - 46:
Update the terminal confirmation Promise around answer to listen for the input
stream’s end event and resolve false when EOF occurs before a response. Ensure
the end listener is removed during answer cleanup alongside the data listener,
while preserving the existing timeout and stream-pausing behavior.
