Documents the F# overload-resolution problem with `Is.EqualTo` introduced by the `object`/`T`/`IEnumerable<T>` overloads in NUnit 4.3.0, as agreed in nunit/nunit#4920. Adds a note to the Equal Constraint page with the error text and the `Is.EqualTo<int list>(...)` workaround, and a short pointer in the 4.3.0 release notes.
