Summary

add supervisor tests that reject adoption of stale persisted runtime pids instead of registering dead instances
cover the running-state null-pid path to confirm the supervisor schedules a restart and records restart timing

Validation

zig build test -Dembed-ui=false -Dbuild-ui=false --summary all
