Remove parked domain and replace with relevant GitHub repo. Better than fully removing, as it still provides context as to what `nsp` is, in comparison to an inactive and parked domain.

This PR removes the parked domain
nodesecurity.iodomain and replaces it with the relevant GitHub repo.I feel this is better than fully removing it, as it still provides context as to what
nspis, in comparison to an inactive and parked domain.
