... to make IBindingRoot available in fluent API extensions
Currently it is not possible to access the IBindingRoot to add additional bindings when extending the fluent API (as done by extensions like Ninject.Extensions.Factory).
This was changed during the readonly kernel refactoring (before it was accessible by the Kernel property)
