[Bug]: v35 no visual notifications about available updates of the apps

Bug description

After upgrading to v.35.0.1 I have found that the page with apps /index.php/settings/apps doesn't notify about existing updates of apps. You can find the available updates only looking through your installed apps and finding buttons with the prompts to updates. Clicking them leads to the updating process, but the status of buttons doesn't change. You have to refresh the page to get the new ones.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update to 35.0.1
2. Go to the Settings->Apps
3. Find that there are no update notifications on the left bar
4. Find that there apps which can be updated by looking in the list of installed apps
5. Click on some button to update, update it, see that the button still suggests to update the app (Update to the version number)
6. Refresh the page and see that the status of the text in the button of already updated application changed to Enabled or Disabled

Expected behavior

In case of available update there should be a menu item on the left bar called Updates.
After updating the button prompting to update should change the status to the normal state (Enabled/Disabled).
