Updates the repository鈥檚 AGENTS.md contributor/agent guidance to align with the newer conventions and project facts (mirroring additions from nextcloud/NextcloudKit#235), clarifying licensing, CI expectations, directory responsibilities, and test practices for the Nextcloud iOS client.
