This replaces the build system translate-c with the dependency, which is intended to replace the build system implementation once 0.17.0 is tagged. I also 'vendored' a StructField since 0.17.0 is moving towards using a struct of arrays instead of the previous array of structs pattern. Finally, I updated a function call since it had been renamed. Tests are passing for me, but I will have to test it builds and works well once I bump my consuming projects deps.

I will add a commit to keep using build system translate-c since I am getting build errors on newer versions of Zig master. |
Partially reverts previous commit since sometimes Zig master doesn't want to work with translate-c as an explicit dep. Perhaps they will drop the vendoring when 0.17.0 is tagged.
