The Connect Widget should now load directly to the status details page when a guid or code is provided.

Previously, before this new experimental feature, the widget loaded directly to the credentials page when given a code or guid, but it should load to the Unavailable page if a guid/name is currently unavailable.

Testing Instructions (example for PayPal as unavailable)

  1. Add PayPal's guid/name object into the array for experimentalFeatures.unavailableInstitutions. see CTT-24 Add experimental features, including handling unavailable institutions #249 for more info on how to do that
  2. Load a Connect Widget with either a current_institution_guid or current_institution_code that matches the guid/name for step 1.
  3. You should be brought to this page

it should load to the status details page, not the credentials page

The "A" is just a testing environment thing, the logo has an A for some reason in SAND 😂

Design approved. Follow up on the title width that we'll address separately.
