Build for cuda12 / sm70 ?

Docs says: "The cuda bundles target Turing (sm_75) and newer, including Blackwell".

Is there any chance to get a cuda12/sm70 build (besides self-compiling)

This is covered by PR #52. Its current CUDA 12 arm64 target still needs correction because compute capability 12.1 is a CUDA 13 target; the requested sm_70 artifact also needs an explicit matrix entry and runtime validation rather than being inferred from that PR. Tracking the request here until the build matrix is correct.
