This PR adds geo1,sm01 to the Brands registry.

For 23001-17, there are also three requests:

('taic'): (sample entry box and descriptive item property)
('stai'): (sample auxiliary information Aux_Info_Type)
('itai'): (descriptive item property)

@podborski , Dimitri, I'm just checking in on the status of these 4CC requests. They don't appear to have made it onto the MP4RA site yet. Our Government standard (NGA.STND.0076) has been published and 23001-17 Amd1 has also been published.
