Changed naming conventions on PHP download site #140

On PHP download site some changes with naming of releasd archives causes not list new style releases:

Old was like:

php-8.5.12-nts-Win32-vs17-x64.zip

php-[Version]-[ThreadSafe?ts:nts]-Win32-vs[VCVersion]-[Architecture].zip

New with [Build] parameter:

php-8.5.12-1-nts-Win32-vs17-x86.zip
          ^^

php-[Version]-[Build]-[ThreadSafe?ts:nts]-Win32-vs[VCVersion]-[Architecture].zip
