Add Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct

Description

It's always recommended for open source projects to include a code of conduct or contributor's guide that explains how users and contributors can protect themselves from harassment. I have added one for this project using the popular Contributor Covenant that many open source communities adhere to. Please feel free to adjust as you deem fit and update the enforcement contact medium (the [insert email address] should be replaced with the right channel). Thank you.
