Garbled text in quickstart intro

This PR only touches
quickstart.mdxand looks like an accidental draft rather than an intentional content update.The main change corrupts the page intro: the phrase “this guide” is replaced with garbled text (
thawe,fknklwjEFNL,wefweFis), which would show on a high-visibility onboarding page if merged.Smaller edits remove blank lines around the
