Update from code changes: document deployment branch lock

Summary

Documents a new publishing setting in the web editor that makes your deployment branch read-only so all editor changes flow through draft branches and pull requests.

Changes

• Added a Lock the deployment branch section under Publishing settings in editor/settings.mdx, describing what the setting affects (editor, source view, docs.json, navigation edits), when to use it, and how contributors edit through a draft branch while it's on.
• Warned that enabling the lock discards unpublished editor changes on the deployment branch and force-syncs with Git, and noted that incoming Git pushes overwrite in-flight editor state while the lock is on.
• Updated the page keywords to include the new setting.
• Mirrored the section into the French, Spanish, and Chinese editor settings pages.

Context

Triggered by mintlify/mint#9041, which adds the Lock the main branch toggle to the editor's publishing settings, and mintlify/server#6519, which adds the backend blockDeployBranch flag that discards unpublished editor changes and force-syncs the deploy branch when the lock is enabled.
