Add Codex Reset to Reset Trackers

Adds one line to the Reset Trackers section, after WhenResets:

Against the inclusion criteria:

• Codex CLI integration. The site runs a hosted, keyless MCP server (Streamable HTTP) that Codex CLI can use directly. Add this to ~/.codex/config.toml:

  It exposes three read-only tools: get_reset_forecast, get_reset_timeline and get_codex_status. The last one helps tell an outage apart from a usage limit. Config and metadata: https://github.com/suvadadepolo-blip/codex-reset-mcp
• External usage. The alert channels are public, so you can check these numbers: the Telegram channel t.me/codexresetalerts has ~2,400 subscribers and the Discord server has ~270 members (checked today).
• Money. It's free with no sign-up. The JSON API and the MCP server are keyless. Reuse only asks for visible credit.

It's one factual line and touches nothing else. Thanks for keeping a separate section for reset trackers.

Thanks for the detailed write-up! Closing for now: the Codex CLI integration here is a config-only repo created today with no stars, and the external usage figures can't be verified from the list's side (see Inclusion Criteria). The Reset Trackers section is also already covered. Feel free to resubmit later once the MCP server has visible independent adoption.
